Information
Ellie’s BRUCELLA OPS iELISA is a semi-quantitative test kit based on indirect ELISA technology. Plates are coated with B. abortus O-chain polysaccharide (OPS), which is the same antigen used in the Brucella FPA (product code B1001).

In addition to monitoring bulk milk antibody levels, the Brucella OPS iELISA can also be used for export/import purposes, confirmatory testing, or screening of vaccinated and non-vaccinated animals. It is a robust, versatile, highly sensitive, and highly specific test. It complements the Brucella FPA by adding bulk milk testing and high sensitivity when testing animals in a negative population.
